Jacob K. Braun is president and Chief Operating Officer of Waka Digital Media Corporation, a New England technology and security services practice. Founded in 2003, WakaDigital provides security-focused managed technology services, technical risk management, strategic expertise and consulting to small-to-medium organizations and their service providers, and is focused on organizations with defined regulatory compliance and security requirements.
Braun serves as vice-chair of the CompTIA MSP Partners community, responsible for the launch of the MSP Partners Trustmark credential in 2011, and was named an MVP by Autotask in 2010 for his commitment to educating and helping shape the solution provider channel.
