Paul CroninAs Senior Vice President for Atrion Networking, Paul Cronin is responsible for delivering one of the highest standards of customer service in the networking industry to a client list of Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to Atrion, Cronin was vice president of customer service for Dimension Data North America. He successfully led the integration of six acquired service organizations by Dimension Data into their GSOA model. He led the North America company through the Gold and Global Service Partner Certification process by building a tightly integrated international support process.

Cronin also serves as CEO and president for 1nService Corporation, a member-based consortium of technology solution providers located throughout North and Central America. His leadership of this 14-year-old corporation has been focused on building a collaborative community that spans across technologies, markets and geographic boundaries.

Cronin shares his passion for business and technology. He has served as an adjunct professor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where he has taught IT call center management and help desk concepts. He serves on the NSCA and PSA Educational Advisory Boards.

Cronin lives in the suburbs of Boston with his wife Jane, an elementary school teacher, and their two children, graduates of northeast universities. Both are natives of the Boston area and enjoy spending time with their families and volunteering their time to various community services.
