“We’re on our way to training more than 800 people this year – an accomplishment we simply could not achieve without generous donations from our industry,” commented John Venator, president and CEO, CompTIA Educational Foundation. “Training providers and curriculum developers can help us by donating resources, including free seats in certification training classes, free certification courseware, assessments, and training guides.”
Donations can be in cash, equipment or classroom and online training seats, practice exams, assessments, mentoring, software and exam vouchers. All gifts are 100 percent tax-deductible. Companies who donate resources to the program receive a letter listing the value of the donation for tax purposes and can use the Creating Futures logo on their marketing material.
Individuals and companies can make a donation to the program, and prospective participants can apply for training by visiting the Foundation’s Web site,
